With girls love to sew with sticks and small nails, having a sewing machine meant a lot to them at the shelter and one of the girl took a short course and sewing and continues to make our dancing clothes and all the designs.

We believe that whatever the girls learn, the boys too should as it equis them all with different skills and techniques to before their futures, three of the boys are gifted designers thus more chances for other boys to learn.

We help young teen mothers and women attain the skills they need and empower them with machines so as to be self sustainable. Many teen mothers have gained skills and asked to be resettled back with their families.

We are still hoping to get more sewing machines as the number of women continues to add up every single day. The only way to relieve pain and struggles that women continue to face especially those who are often left with the children and the home tasks thus becoming bread winners for their families and the pressure that they carry on their shouders everyday makes it hard for them to be able to provide for every thing.
